Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical roles, a strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter.
  • Familiarity with common IT roles (e.g., software developers, system administrators, network engineers).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate qualifications.
