Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English and have the ability to source, screen, and hire the right talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and references.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and post-recruitment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or any related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Languages Required: Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
