Role Overview
The India Marketing Manager will lead ABC Fitness India's transition from Zinnov to an in-house marketing function. This role is focused on elevating our employer brand, driving brand awareness and talent attraction, strengthening internal communications, and enhancing leadership visibility. As a key member of the Marketing team, the Manager will partner closely with Global Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Culture teams to shape and execute initiatives that position ABC Fitness as an employer of choice in India and globally.
This role requires working from our local Hyderabad office 2-3x a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the design and execution of social media and content campaigns that showcase ABC Fitness India's leadership, culture, and employer brand.
- Manage creative development and agency/vendor relationships for content production, including video and photoshoots.
- Develop and publish thought leadership content, employer profiles, and PR initiatives to raise visibility across the India market.
- Build and leverage industry relationships to support employer branding and PR campaigns.
- Oversee ABC Fitness India's presence on platforms such as Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with global messaging.
- Coordinate award submissions and track key employer branding metrics such as engagement, sentiment, and recognition.
- Drive internal communications, including India-specific town hall updates, employee engagement campaigns, and Slack amplification.
- Plan, manage, and execute India-based events and activations, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
- Partner with global teams to ensure all India marketing activity is strategically aligned, impactful, and measurable.
- All applicants must be able to work from our Hyderabad office 2-3x a week
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, employer branding, or communications.
- Experience in a regional or global organization preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing campaigns, PR initiatives, or brand-building programs.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct line management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute impactful campaigns across social, PR, and employer branding.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience managing creative processes, agencies, and vendor relationships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate global initiatives into local execution
