Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, identify potential business opportunities, and ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing or sales industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
