About the Team Our vision is to create a global HCM platform, augmented with a suite of AI apps to re-imagine the power of talent management. To accomplish this, we are building a highly motivated team, having right mix of curiosity, expertise, and stamina to transform the space Position Overview This individual must be highly motivated and pro-active and can identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. Key Responsibilities Initiate contact with identified leads via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Paybooks' products and services. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, qualifying them as sales-ready leads based on predefined criteria. Give online/F2 F demos to customers, send proposals and follow up for closures Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information on prospects. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent Paybooks at trade exhibitions and events Job requirements MBA (Sales/Marketing) with 1- 3years of Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High degree of self-confidence Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the Saa S or payroll software industry (Good to Have) Please send your profile at if interested for the position.
