A Fashion Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction, positioning, and marketing efforts of a fashion brand to enhance its image and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the brand’s core values, vision, and aesthetic, ensuring they align with market trends and consumer preferences.
Identify and position the brand in the marketplace to differentiate it from competitors.
Lead the creation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, influencer collaborations, etc.) to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Oversee the production of content for advertising, fashion shows, lookbooks, and online platforms to maintain brand consistency.
Develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with the brand’s target audience, engaging customers across various platforms.
Oversee retail strategies, whether online or brick-and-mortar, to ensure a seamless customer experience and enhance product placement.
Stay updated with fashion trends and consumer preferences to help guide product development in line with market demands.
Collaborate with the creative, design, production, and sales teams to ensure that all aspects of the brand are consistent and align with the overall brand strategy.
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Fashion Communication from Nift or similar reputed institution
2 -3 years’ experience in branding & communication with a fashion label or a fashion brand
Awareness of current fashion trends, competitors, consumer behaviour, and technological innovations.
Understanding of brand management, marketing, and sales strategies, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and communicate effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
