Responsibilities:

Developing strategies to boost the brand’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, , etc.Setting clear goals (e.g., increasing followers, engagement, and conversions) and aligning with the company’s overall marketing objectives.Creating engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.Ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and target audience.Planning a content calendar to ensure regular posting.Managing day-to-day activities on various social media accounts (posting updates, responding to messages/comments).Monitoring the performance of posts and campaigns.Engaging with online communities by responding to comments, liking posts, and creating discussions.Keeping up with new social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure the company’s social media strategy remains effective.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong understanding of social media platforms, and best practicesProficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite)Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detailExperience with content creation and basic photo/video editing skills software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
