Role Description

As a DigitalMarketing Intern, you will manage and execute social media strategies to enhance upGrad KnowledgeHut’s online presence and engagement. This role will allow you to work on exciting campaigns, create impactful social content, and analyze performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
  • Help conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative marketing ideas and strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
