The ideal candidate should have  strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Mongo DB , along with a deep understanding of RESTful API design, front-end performance, and modern development practices.You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build robust, user-centric applications that deliver seamless user experiences.Role ResponsibiliesDesign and develop  end-to-end web applications  using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express, React, Node.js).Build, test, and deploy  scalable, secure, and maintainable backend APIs.Develop  responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces  with React.js.Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and external services.Maintain and improve existing applications to enhance speed, performance, and scalability.Write  clean, reusable, and well-documented code  following best practices (ES6+, modular architecture, etc.).Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.Manage version control, branching, and deployment workflows using Git/Git Hub or Git Lab.Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring  cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in full-stack development.Required Technical SkillsFrontend:Strong proficiency in  React.js , Redux (or Context API), Hooks, and component lifecycle.Expertise in  HTML5, CSS3, Java Script (ES6+), and Type Script  (optional but preferred).Experience with  responsive design , CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI).Knowledge of  Next.js  or SSR (Server-Side Rendering) is a plus.Backend:Proficiency in  Node.js  and  Express.js  frameworks.Experience building  RESTful APIs  and working with  authentication (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js).Familiarity with  microservices architecture  or  serverless (AWS Lambda)  is a plus.Database:Strong experience with  Mongo DB  and Mongoose ORM.Understanding of database design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.Dev Ops & Tools:Hands-on experience with  Git ,  CI/CD pipelines ,  Docker , or  AWS/Azure/Google Cloud  deployments.Familiarity with  testing frameworks  (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress).Knowledge of  API documentation tools  (Swagger, Postman).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field  (or equivalent practical experience).Minimum  3+ years of professional experience  as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer.Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade web applications.Strong understanding of  software architecture principles  and  best coding practices.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Attention to detail and focus on writing  clean, maintainable code.Passion for innovation and continuous learning.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsExperience with  Graph QL ,  Type Script , or  Next.js.Familiarity with  containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Exposure to  Agile/Scrum methodologies.Understanding of  security best practices  (OWASP, data protection, encryption).Benefits :100% Remote: Work from anywhere, five days a week on an 8-hour night shift schedule.Paid Internet and Health Insurance.Company-sponsored laptop and device upgrades.Paid Sick, Casual, and Holiday Leaves (including birthdays).Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.Supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.If you are passionate about driving sales growth and enjoy making a measurable impact, we look forward to hearing from you
