Role Description We are looking for a  highly skilled MERN Stack Developer who is passionate about designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have  strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB , along with a deep understanding of RESTful API design, front-end performance, and modern development practices. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build robust, user-centric applications that deliver seamless user experiences. Role Responsibilies Design and develop  end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Build, test, and deploy  scalable, secure, and maintainable backend APIs . Develop  responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces with React.js. Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and external services. Maintain and improve existing applications to enhance speed, performance, and scalability. Write  clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices (ES6+, modular architecture, etc.). Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to convert business requirements into technical solutions. Manage version control, branching, and deployment workflows using Git/GitHub or GitLab. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring  cross-browser and cross-device compatibility . Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in full-stack development. Required Technical Skills Frontend: Strong proficiency in  React.js , Redux (or Context API), Hooks, and component lifecycle. Expertise in  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript (optional but preferred). Experience with  responsive design , CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, Material UI). Knowledge of  Next.js or SSR (Server-Side Rendering) is a plus. Backend: Proficiency in  Node.js and  Express.js frameworks. Experience building  RESTful APIs and working with  authentication (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js) . Familiarity with  microservices architecture or  serverless (AWS Lambda) is a plus. Database: Strong experience with  MongoDB and Mongoose ORM. Understanding of database design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines. DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with  Git ,  CI/CD pipelines ,  Docker , or  AWS/Azure/Google Cloud deployments. Familiarity with  testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress). Knowledge of  API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer. Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade web applications. Strong understanding of  software architecture principles and  best coding practices . Soft Skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail and focus on writing  clean, maintainable code . Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Experience with  GraphQL ,  TypeScript , or  Next.js . Familiarity with  containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) . Exposure to  Agile/Scrum methodologies .
