About the role:Jupiter Money is looking for a digital marketing manager accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. Team:User Growth & Product Marketing

Key Roles and Responsibilities :Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisitionExecution of campaigns across channels (SEO/SEM, Google - Display/ Shopping/ Search/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels, Programmatic) to meet key performance metricsDrive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyze findings, present recommendations and scale as necessaryBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsMeasurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)

Must Have Skills :Min 6+ years of experience in core Performance Marketing.Able to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Brand, Content & DesignMust be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skillsPrior experience in Analytics & Product Management is a plusHigh degree of ownership in taking things to completion

Candidate Persona :Go getterBias for action : find your way & move forward.Good understanding of cross-functional domains like Product, Design, Growth & Brand Marketing
