Position : Marketing Manager (Male Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our bakery brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a deep understanding of bakery trends, and experience in crafting compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales across retail, wholesale, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food products across retail, foodservice, and digital channels.
  • Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities (e.g., holiday specials, limited-time offers).
  • Oversee and grow the bakery's digital presence, including website, email marketing, social media and online ordering platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends in the bakery sector and competitor activities.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food industry regulations including labeling and advertising guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the bakery, food, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer marketing, brand building, and digital marketing tools.
  • Passion for baked goods and familiarity with trends in the industry.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively while also being highly analytical and results-oriented.

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
