Location: Remote (India) Experience: 3-4 years Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (later 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Weekends: Saturday & Sunday OFF Mode: Work From Home Start: Immediate joiners preferred Requirements: Own laptop + stable Wi-Fi We are looking for a sweet-smart, detail-oriented Client Support & CRM Assistant to work closely with our Business Advisors, Tax Advisors, and Relationship Managers. You will be on live client/prospect calls and help capture details, update CRM notes, manage follow-ups, and support day-to-day tasks. This is a great role for someone who is organized, attentive, and enjoys helping teams stay productive. What You Will Do Join client & prospect calls with advisors and take accurate notes Update CRM records (Hub Spot or other CRM tools) with complete details Send follow-ups on text, email, and calls on behalf of the advisor Manage, organize, and track leads across different pipelines Ensure all information is properly documented and error-free Coordinate with advisors for daily tasks and reminders Handle basic data entry and maintain Google Sheets/Excel Support any additional tasks assigned by advisors or managers What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in support, coordination, CRM, or operations roles Good communication skills (spoken & written) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Hub Spot is a bonus) Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, Docs, Gmail Reliable, organized, and eager to learn Must have your own laptop and strong Wi-Fi connection Comfortable working Night Shift (US Time Zone) Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Us Work directly with top advisors in a growing Wealth & Tax firm Learn real US-based workflows, CRM, and client management Friendly, supportive, growth-focused environment Stable role with long-term potential Weekends off If you’re attentive, organized, and love supporting teams -we’d love to hear from you.
