Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Business Analyst at Nonrel Technologies. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, analyze data, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making. Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to meet organizational goals. The Business Analyst will also act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of proposed solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis to assess data and identify trends effectively.Proficiency in capturing and defining Business Requirements and designing efficient Business Processes.Excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and present findings.Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Experience with data visualization tools and project management software is an asset.Educational background in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
