Job Title: Head of Department (HOD) – BCA Department

Job Summary:
Kingston Educational Institute, a renowned institution committed to academic excellence and holistic development, is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Department (HOD) to lead our BCA Department. The ideal candidate will provide both academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the department delivers high-quality education aligned with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Academic Leadership – Provide strategic direction to the department, fostering innovation and academic excellence.
  2. Curriculum Development – Design, implement, and review the BCA curriculum to meet industry requirements and maintain academic rigor.
  3. Faculty Management – Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty members; support continuous professional growth.
  4. Departmental Operations – Manage budgets, resources, infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  5. Student Affairs – Support student development, provide academic and career counseling, and encourage participation in co-curricular activities.

Requirements:

  1. Education – Master's degree in Computer Applications or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  2. Experience – Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience with at least 2–3 years in an administrative/leadership role.
  3. Skills – Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
