Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to play a pivotal role in building our sales function and driving revenue growth. If you are an experienced and results-driven sales professional with a passion for analytics and data-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
Position Summary:
As Head of Sales and Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, establishing, and nurturing key client relationships, and building a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
End-to-End Sales Leadership : Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our analytics services and solutions.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.
Sales Collateral : Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Strategic Sales : Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Reporting : Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Substantial experience in sales and a deep understanding of analytics, data-driven solutions, or related industries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
