CSP Cloud Desk Support Desk

Your ImpactImproved experience for Okta Sales teams through data hygiene and pipeline cleanliness.Provide actionable recommendations for business growth and revenue generation.Ensure accurate customer segmentation for targeted marketing.Increased customer engagement through optimized campaigns and engagements.Enhanced performance of marketing campaigns through data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will:Support a regional theater sales team in AWS ACE administration and related tasksCollaborate with internal and external teams to map accounts and provide pipeline updatesReview deal structure and provide operational support for Private Offer creationReview SRRP Audits and take ownership of support ticketsComplete deal tagging across multiple tools to ensure proper sales compensationMonitor inbound and outbound deal originations and associate to the correct SFDC OpportunitySkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredPreference given for previous experience with AWS ACE and AWS MarketplaceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
