All payments are made monthly via payroll.Reporting to:Setter Team LeadAbout the role We’re hiringAppointment Settersto schedule qualified sales appointments for our internal Closer team on premium B2 C/B2 B offers. You’ll work warm leads provided by the company, follow a clear qualification checklist, and keep our CRM up to date. This is asingle-level sales rolefocused on booking meetings—no recruiting, no fees, no selling of memberships.What you’ll doMaketargeted outbound callsto warm leads; handle inbound callbacks and Whats App/email follow-upsQualifyprospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) andbookthem on the Closer’s calendarUse company scripts professionally; personalize where appropriateMaintain100% CRM hygieneand submit brief end-of-day updatesCoordinate with the Setter Lead to improve show rates and lead qualityWhat you’ll needStrong spoken English (Hindi a plus) and confident phone presenceResults mindset: punctual, coachable, consistent activityBasic CRM experience (e.g., Synamate/Hub Spot/GHL)Reliable home setup: quiet workspace,25 Mbps+internet, headset, webcamKPIs (with training & support)60–80 dials/day(calls + Whats App follow-ups)12–20 booked appointments/week60%+ show rateon booked callsCRM notes and next steps loggedwithin 24 hoursGrowth & progressionStructured onboarding and weekly coachingEligibility to apply for the internal Closer roleafter successful completion of probation and consistent KPI achievement (subject to openings)What this role isnotNota franchise or business opportunityNotmulti-level marketing (no recruiting, no downlines)No fees or purchasesrequired from candidates or employeesInterview processShort telephonic screen (10–12 minutes)Live role-play with the Setter LeadFinal round with the Sales ManagerFinal Note : We hire professionals who are coachable and ethical.If you’re ready to grow, communicate with clarity, and close with conviction, this is your platform.
