About the Role:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive online traffic. You will play a key role in managing our social media presence across various platforms and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.
  • Develop and manage social media calendars and content schedules.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and relevant social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, content marketing) to produce high-quality content.
  • Manage social media content publishing and scheduling.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and engaged online community.
  • Identify and address potential social media crises.
  • Social Media Advertising:
  • Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Analyze the performance of social media ads and make necessary adjustments.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Continuously experiment with new social media features and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
