About the Role
As Assistant Manager HR Generalist, you will play a dual role in managing both HR operations and talent acquisition. This position offers hands-on exposure to payroll, employee data management, statutory compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagementproviding a complete foundation for a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support post-selection processes such as documentation, background checks, and salary discussions while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Handle end-to-end payroll management, including salary processing, statutory deductions, Full & Final settlements, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee records covering payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR practices that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Implement effective retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- Prepare HR reports, and data summaries, and leverage HRIS software, and MS Office tools to streamline HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in HR/Payroll/Recruitment, OR
- MBA (HR) Freshers with strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
