About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales associates, driving sales performance, and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of inside sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and supportSet sales targets and develop strategies to achieve themMonitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to the senior management teamIdentify areas for improvement and implement sales process enhancementsCollaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive sales initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersStay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditionsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures6 days working (Mon-Sat)

Requirements

Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsIn-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniquesAbility to analyze sales data and generate insightsProficient in CRM software and other sales toolsPassionate about driving results and achieving sales targetsBachelor's degree in business or a related fieldPrior experience in the job industry or job tech sector is a plus

Requirements
