Visa Officer

Job Description: -
❖Documents scrutiny for visa processing for all countries.
❖Client handling & explaining documentation to clients for visa process.
❖Prepare the cases for visa process and send them for submission.
❖Update clients with day-to-day updates of their application.
❖Solve client queries via email and telephone.
❖Handle cash and bank related transactions.
❖Record maintaining all application data. Ensure accurate of timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
❖Maintain up to date information on visa regulations and fees.
❖Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
❖Ensure no penalties are incurred and monitor, track and maintain internal errors.
Required Skills:-
❖Good communication skills
❖Basic Knowledge of Computer
❖Should have knowledge of Accounts
❖Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times.
❖Sound judgement with attention to details
❖An awareness of the current trends in travel, sustain tourism and knowledge of popular upcoming destinations is also important.
Qualification & Experience: -
❖Graduate with 3+ years of Experience in same profile.
❖Please note that the working schedule will be six days a week. Candidate is expected to work for two days at every implant location.
(Implant Location- Goregaon, Dadar & Bandra)
