Role Description :

- This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP ABAP Hana Consultant at Kaygen, Inc., located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.

- As a SAP ABAP Hana Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to SAP ABAP development and Hana database consulting, ensuring efficient system functionalities and data optimization.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of relevant experience and have capabilities of a Consultant level.

- S4HANA implementation experience is a must.

- Experience on a Core+1 skill (Secondary skills such as BTP, PI/PO, MDG etc.

- Strong ABAP development expertise in at least 3 out of 6 (W R I C E F) areas.

- Should have experience in managing 1 - 2 junior team members, so we can deploy campus along with them.

- Should be able to Design (TechSpec) and Develop objects independently long with them.

- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP HANA Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to join our team.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ABAP development and a proven track record of successful S4HANA implementations.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and contribute to S4HANA implementation projects, providing technical expertise and guidance. Design, develop, and implement ABAP objects using best practices and industry standards.


- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


- Demonstrate expertise in a Core+1 skill such as BTP, PI/PO, MDG, or another relevant area.


Apply your knowledge to enhance S4HANA implementations and provide comprehensive solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.


- Manage and coordinate the work of 1-2 junior team members.


- Share your knowledge and experience to create a collaborative and productive team environment.


- Possess strong ABAP development skills in at least 3 out of 6 (W R I C E F) areas.


- Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP programming, debugging, and performance optimization.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABAP and S4HANA technologies and trends.


Required Qualifications :


- 5-8 years of relevant experience as an SAP ABAP HANA Consultant.


- Proven experience in S4HANA implementations.


- Expertise in a Core+1 skill (BTP, PI/PO, MDG, or other).


- Strong ABAP development skills in at least 3 out of 6 (W R I C E F) areas.


- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Certification in SAP ABAP or S4HANA.


- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.


- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
