We are looking for skilled Senior CRM Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on Microsoft D365 Project Operations support and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 & L2 production support for Microsoft D365 Project Operations (Incident Management).
Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth system operations.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment to production as needed.
Work closely with IT teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Project Operations CRM Modules.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Ability to support production environments with proactive problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
