Roles and responsibilitiesScaling the organic traffic growth and brand visibility of existing Manav Rachna’s Website and work alongside the content and tech team for the new website SEO set upUnderstand the business impact areas and priorities and streamline SEO roadmap accordinglyDoing regular site audits, site crawling to fix technical issues for On Page OptimizationHelping content team to identify high converting keywords via keyword researchPrior Knowledge of Wordpress/Dot net- PHP AND other coding LanguagesCreating dashboard and reports for management to show progress on business metrics like Conversion Rate, along with traffic, rankings and LeadsPerform competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities & drive growthReview technical SEO issues and recommend inputs to development teams.Optimize website content in the precise manner with the competitor analysis.Direct and execute all forms of off-page optimization (free guest blog submission, link building etc. ) to work alongside the content teamCollect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspectsStrategize on improving local SEO driving local traffic growth and more visibility on Google MapsSetup Quarterly performance targets for and define key metricsReview and analyze site traffic, leads to gauge positive and negative changesCoordinate with business stakeholders for category growth updates

Requirements of the PositionTwo to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaignsMust have managed the agency in current or past rolesUnderstanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methodsExperience with SEO industry programs, such as Google AnalyticsKnowledge of keyword research and data mining toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basisFamiliarity with Word Press or other content management systemsExperience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promote on, is a plus
