Roles and responsibilities
- Scaling the organic traffic growth and brand visibility of existing Manav Rachna’s Website and work alongside the content and tech team for the new website SEO set up
- Understand the business impact areas and priorities and streamline SEO roadmap accordingly
- Doing regular site audits, site crawling to fix technical issues for On Page Optimization
- Helping content team to identify high converting keywords via keyword research
- Prior Knowledge of Wordpress/Dot net- PHP AND other coding Languages
- Creating dashboard and reports for management to show progress on business metrics like Conversion Rate, along with traffic, rankings and Leads
- Perform competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities & drive growth
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend inputs to development teams.
- Optimize website content in the precise manner with the competitor analysis.
- Direct and execute all forms of off-page optimization (free guest blog submission, link building etc. ) to work alongside the content team
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Strategize on improving local SEO driving local traffic growth and more visibility on Google Maps
- Setup Quarterly performance targets for and define key metrics
- Review and analyze site traffic, leads to gauge positive and negative changes
- Coordinate with business stakeholders for category growth updates
Requirements of the Position
- Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Must have managed the agency in current or past roles
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Familiarity with Word Press or other content management systems
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promote on, is a plus
