Greetings of the day

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for an upselling process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a sales-driven approach to engage with customers and promote our products/services effectively.

Job Title: Customer Care Executive Upselling Process

Location: Noida

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Employment Type: Full-time
Education: Undergraduate or Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Communication: Excellent English communication skills required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice or non-voice processes
  • Promote and upsell products or services to existing and potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up as needed
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum education: Undergraduate (pursuing or completed) or Graduate
  • Comfortable with sales and target-based roles
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Prior experience in BPO/upselling/customer service will be an added advantage
