Job description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 8 years of expertise to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, specifically with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.

This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our risk management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements and enhance platform functionality.

- Provide deep technical expertise in ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable and robust.

- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and other developers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions and processes.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a significant focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for IRM, or equivalent certifications.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP web services.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) implementations.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and certifications.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
