Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:

- Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.

- Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.

2. Client & Agency Management:

- Build strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.

- Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns.

3. Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities.

4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

- Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.

- Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
