What this job involves:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proven sales professional to join our team as the Head of Sales in the Project and Development Services (PDS) division for our operations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the sales function for PDS across the country, driving revenue generation, and nurturing and establishing strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and construction industry in India.

Strategic Direction

Included in this will be the creation and implementation of innovative and forward thinking business growth plans that account for market differentials across the India PDS landscape.

You will be part of the PDS India leadership team setting and driving the growth strategy for the business. You will have the ability, and understand the necessity, to collaborate and work with leaders of business lines outside the immediate confines of PDS to promote the “One JLL” ethos that sets our clients’ needs first. This will require you to gain an understanding of the wider organisation quickly and promote your own corporate profile.

Creating lasting client relationships

This role asks the question “How can I contribute even more to the company’s growth?” You’ll do this by establishing strong business relationships with our clients. To build lasting connection with our clients, you’ll identify and work around their needs and constraints. Additionally, you’ll be in charge of retaining new business contacts and repeat businesses from occupier, new investors or landlord clients

Developing the Future and Unlocking business opportunities

We, too, are just as passionate about growing our portfolio Our leaders are experts in identifying opportunities that complement not just their own but our other business lines as well. Your expansive network of business contacts will help you identify and convert new opportunities to ensure our growth is in line with set targets. You will be responsible to enable greater collaboration between PDS and our other business lines to take advantage of market opportunities to generate additional revenues and create a OneJLL solutions across West Asia. You will focus on building existing client relationships and developing new associations to grow the business across sectors (established + emerging sectors). We are looking for a technically-focused leader to drive and grow business growth via building pipeline across sectors and focus on growing transactions along with accounts clients. Your role is central in securing projects and developing pipeline for future endeavors.

design- or construction-related in leading large and upscale projects, as well as projects within your local geography and the wider Asia Pacific market.

We are also looking for someone with a solid background in the project development cycle including business model/ fee matrix, pricing, feasibilities, design management, project management, cost management and construction. A proven track record in providing design and technical services for international operators and brands may also help you land this job.
