About us:
Curelink provides doctors with a virtual care team consisting of experts like dieticians, yoga & and fitness coaches, mental health experts, etc. This enables them to provide better support available even out of the clinic, provide better counseling via subject matter experts, and ensure better compliance with timely follow-ups on WhatsApp and calls.
This is a novel concept and Curelink is the first HealthTech company to offer this to doctors in India. The company is founded by IIT Roorkee Alums and backed by top investment firms like Elevation Capital & Venture Highway It is operating in 7 cities with more than 1000 doctors using us to deliver better care to more than 50000 patients with 4000 new ones being added every month.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
● Handle a team of 30 Inside Sales Associates and 3 Team Leaders.
● Track the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the team.
● Should be good in Excel and Excel formulas.
● Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly revenue targets.
● Increase the overall conversion of the team.
● Co-ordinate with the internal stakeholders to perform several long-term and short-term experiments.
● Hiring ISA for the team when required.
● Initiate and implement IJP when required.
● Take calls to convert and support the team by contributing to the revenue when required.
● 6 days a week with rotational off.
Skills/Qualifications: -
● Min qualification 10+2 / HSC / Higher Secondary.
● Good Knowledge of any CRM software and sales flow
● Min 5 years of experience in sales
● Age Should not be more than 35 years.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confident leader and should lead the team from the front.
● Good understanding of women's health, issues and solutions.
● Must be enthusiastic, highly organized, and self-motivated.
● Should have achieved his/her sales targets month on month in the previous organizations.
● Should have a go-getter attitude.
