Job Summary: As a Video Creator at our IT company, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging video content to promote our brand, products, and services. Your role will be essential in effectively communicating complex technical information in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and deliver compelling visual narratives that align with our marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes, including promotional materials, explainer videos, tutorials, case studies, and company announcements.

Content Creation: Create visually compelling and innovative video content that showcases our products, services, and company culture in a way that resonates with our target audience.

Storytelling: Craft captivating narratives that effectively convey technical concepts, product features, and benefits, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.

Motion Graphics: Utilize motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of our videos.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, design, and technical teams to understand project requirements and align video content with overall marketing strategies.

Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production and apply relevant insights to improve our video content.

Brand Compliance: Ensure that all video content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Video Optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and video-sharing platforms, to maximize reach and engagement.

Equipment and Software Management: Oversee and maintain video production equipment, ensuring it is up-to-date and in good working condition. Keep abreast of the latest video editing software and tools.

Performance Analysis: Analyze video performance metrics and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions for future content creation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Creator, Videographer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.

Strong technical understanding to effectively translate complex IT concepts into engaging visual content.

Proficiency in video editing software, motion graphics tools, and other relevant video production software.

Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting abilities, with an eye for detail and creativity.

Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency in video content.

Knowledge of video optimization techniques for various online platforms.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content within specified timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
