Social Media Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO and social media strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our and our client's websites. This role involves working closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure our online content is optimized for search engines and social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):1.

SEO Strategy Development:o Develop, implement, and manage our SEO strategy.o Define the most important SEO KPIs.o Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices.2.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:o Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content teams.o Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.o Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.3.

Technical SEO:o Conduct regular site audits to ensure best practices are being followed.o Identify and resolve issues impacting search engine crawlability and indexability.o Optimize site structure, URL structure, and website speed.4.

Content Creation and Optimization:o Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.o Develop and implement link-building strategies.o Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.5.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:o Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools to monitor site performance.o Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance.o Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.Social Media Optimization (SMO):1.

SMO Strategy Development:o Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.o Define the most important social media KPIs.o Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.2.

Content Creation and Management:o Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.o Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.o Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.3.

Audience Engagement:o Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.o Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.o Foster and grow our online community by actively interacting with followers and potential customers.4.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:o Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.o Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.o Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.5.

Collaboration:o Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling social media content.o Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.o Collaborate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network.6.

Trend Monitoring:o Research and monitor the activity of company competitors.o Stay informed about the latest developments in the social media landscape and adapt strategies as necessary.Qualifications:+2, B.E/B.Sc. (IT) /B-Tech - Bachelor of Technology/MCA/ M.Sc. (IT).Proven experience as an SEO and SMO Specialist or similar role.Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.Experience with social media management tools.Excellent multitasking skills.Good time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Formal SEO training or certification

Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
