Position Overview:
As a Junior SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our SEO team to execute strategies aimed at improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing online visibility for our clients. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases relevant to client industries and objectives.

2. Assist in optimizing website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.

3. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategy and meets client goals.

4. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues impacting website performance, crawlability, and indexing.

5. Support link building efforts through outreach, relationship building, and content promotion to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.

6. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

8. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
