Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Collections Agents to manage enterprise telecom customer accounts via chat & voice-based interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy receivables, ensuring timely payments, and reducing DSO by following up with clients across various revenue buckets. You will work closely with the finance and billing teams to address disputes, clarify invoices, and ensure accurate customer communication in line with agreed billing cycles and terms. This will be a target-oriented process, wherein all FTEs & TLs will be allocated a certain USD target to recover.

Roles & Responsibilities


• Telecom domain knowledge Understanding of provisioning, activation, site verification, SIM/PROV workflows, and basic network setup.
• Order management systems proficiency Familiarity with tools like Landscape (LS), SDNET, provisioning portals.
• Project tracking & reporting – Ability to use MS Excel, project trackers, and update weekly customer status reports.
• Presentation skills – Expertise in PowerPoint (Kick-off deck creation).
• Calendar & scheduling tools – Handling multiple shared calendars (SDNET, Activations Calendar).
• Documentation accuracy – Maintaining clean, well-organized project records.
• Basic troubleshooting coordination – Knowing when to escalate to technical teams.o Balances competing priorities, maintains consistent attention to detail, and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment.

• Attention to detail – Accuracy in dates, order phases, and reporting.
• Time management – Managing multiple orders, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Communication skills – Clear written and verbal updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management – Coordinating between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Follow-up discipline – Proactive tracking of pending actions (TO DOs).
• Multitasking – Handling simultaneous projects/sites.
