Should be open to work US hours.What You’ll Do- Own the performance marketing strategy & execution across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms- Analyze creative performance and guide the design/content teams with data-backed insights- Lead experimentation with ad formats, audience segments, and creative approaches- Build performance dashboards and translate metrics into meaningful business outcomes- Collaborate with client strategy and growth teams to optimize budgets and drive ROAS- Stay ahead of the curve on ad tech, attribution, and creative optimization trendsWhat We’re Looking For- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media strategy- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools- Strong understanding of creative optimization, audience strategy, and conversion funnels- A mix of data-driven and creative thinking- Experience leading small teams or managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
