Job Description

Se trata de un puesto encargado de que la clínica y la gente que está en la clínica esté lo mejor posible en el entorno de trabajo. 

Responsabilidades:

- Atención al cliente

- Orden y limpieza del centro
- Gestión de la empresa de limpieza 
- Control y reposición de material en todas las zonas del centro.
- Gestión de material de trabajo para el equipo:
- Pedidos a proveedores.
- Apoyo en tareas administrativas de contabilidad.
- Recolección de facturas y cierre de caja.
- Gestión de altas y bajas de empleados con la gestoría.
- Recolección de documentación de nuevos empleados y envío a gestoría para altas.
- Organización de teambuildings y formaciones internas.
- Proponer actividades y proveedores
- Gestión de agendas de varios empleados, asignación de salas.


Requisitos - Capacidades básicas de construir un Excel con gastos
-  orientación al cliente y capacidades comerciales
- Motivación para animar al equipo. Ser un ancla de la cultura.
- Persona que le apetezca proponer actividades que incentiven las relaciones entre miembros del equipo y asistir a ellas. 
- Eficiencia de gastos y costes de viajes y suministros.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación, empatía, motivación para aprender cosas nuevas
- Empresa jóven en plena expansión.
