Your work profile

As a Associate Director in our EL/SOW reviews Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 To provide support and oversight to the team/s preparing EL/SOW for the projects with a focus on reviewing scope/non scope related sections. He/she will be required to

Review EL/SOW and provide guidance to engagement teams within the stipulated timeline.  Identify the risks related to various sections of EL/SOW (Scope, Client and Deloitte responsibilities, Fee and Payment Schedule, etc.). Assist engagement teams by adding appropriate comments/assumptions to proactively mitigate identified risks. Advise on the usage of correct EL/SOW template and assess the validity and applicability of the governing documents (Master Service Agreement/Local Agreements/addendums, if any). Advise the team to obtain necessary approvals/clearances from the various internal stakeholders Coordinate with internal stakeholders and collaborate with EL/SOW team-members in connection with the review and related matters. Mentor and guide team members and share expertise and knowledge on an ongoing basis.

Desired qualifications

Educational and experience requirements:

B.E./B.Tech. /MCA and MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University At least 6 years of related experience in areas of diverse IT project delivery, contract risk management, preferably in consulting industry Good communication and relationship management skills Ability to understand broader business issues

Desirable:

Experience in project delivery/management (Technology implementation, advisory, operate etc.) or knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Devops, Cloud services, Data analytics etc. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience of working in Client-facing roles for consulting assignments

Location and way of working

Base location: Delhi This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
