Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, ServicesPreparing robust financial/ transaction models by applying detailed understanding of commercial practicalities, accounting and finance knowledge, technical ability, quantitative analysis, and logicCreating financial models that capture the future operating, investing and financing activities, and helps clients determine future profitability, financial position, and riskShould be well versed with OpCo Modeling, JV Modeling, Waterfall Valuation and other IB database and research tasksConducting market analysis and develops an initial hypothesis around growth/drivers and upside potential and downside risksLeverage economic and industry knowledge to assess the validity of the financial models and reportsIdentifying critical assumptions and facts that underline valuation estimates and provides alternative approaches as requiredGenerating models and analyses as industry requirements dictate and leverages economic and market condition knowledge to assess the validity of models and reportsMeeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packsEngaging client independently on calls and e-mailsOther responsibilities include:Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research productsProducing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deckDemonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessmentKey CompetenciesMBA/ CFA/ CA3-5 years of experience in the Investment banking spaceKnowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards.Experience in valuation, financial modelling, transaction support and due diligenceShould be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and supportPrior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mailsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsShould be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
