Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Use AI-powered tools (for content generation, graphics, video editing, analytics, etc.) to streamline tasks and achieve targets faster.
  • Create human-centric, engaging, and relatable content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, captions).
  • Support in video editing, graphic design, and photo editing for visually appealing content.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to generate new ideas.
  • Assist in community engagement (replying to comments, DMs, and building audience trust).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Must-have: Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, MidJourney, Runway, or similar).
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (video + graphics).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media algorithms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results efficiently.
