We are a dynamic and fast-growing women's health startup, committed to building meaningful digital connections with our audience. We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern who lives and breathes content, trends, and engagement.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with our marketing and content teams to manage, grow, and optimize our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and emerging channels. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience and exposure to real-world digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Track and leverage social media trends, memes, and hashtags to boost visibility
  • Assist in creating campaign strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency
  • Support influencer outreach and community-building initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with good design and storytelling sense
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and other video editing apps
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Laptop is must
