About the Role:

le:We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role plays a key part in identifying performance gaps, streamlining operations, and enabling sustainable business grow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of business processes to drive efficiency, quality, and performance.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, implement best practices, and ensure process compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standard
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build a culture of process excellence across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.
  • Proven experience in process development, reengineering, and optimiza
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI
