Key Responsibilities:Develop and present compelling client pitch decks to secure new business opportunities.Recruit and build a high-performing team in India tailored to the specific needs of German companies.Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with local vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.Oversee the German language and culture training programs for the Indian team.Closely supervise all project phases to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications:Proven experience in project management within the BPO industry.Demonstrated ability to create and deliver persuasive client presentations.Strong recruitment skills with a track record of building effective teams.Experience in identifying and managing local vendors.Proficiency in German language and an understanding of German culture is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
