We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Mumbai office. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing data and analytics projects across the NA & EMEA regions. This position requires strong project management skills, and the capability to manage client relationships effectively. This role will report to the Director of Project Delivery (NA & EMEA) and will require short term travel to client offices as required.

What you’ll do…

- Manage the delivery of multiple small, mid-size and large projects that enable clientsto derive value for their business.

- Manage the entire project lifecycle independently from proposal to closure.

- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risks.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

- Represent the organization in Steering Committee meetings, providing project updates and strategic insights.

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams on Pre-Sales activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive business growth by identifying new cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while delivering the projects.

- Prepare and present regular project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

You’ll do it using…

- Proven experience (minimum 6-8 years) in project management within the software consulting or IT services industry, with a focus on data and analytics projects.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.

- Experience in managing client relationships and a track record of delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

- Experience working in a consulting environment with exposure to global clients in North America and Europe geographies, understanding regional business practices and client expectations.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. (required)

- Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 certification or equivalent. (will be preferred)

- Knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies. (will be preferred)

- Valid US/UK visa. (will be preferred)
