Job Description: PPC Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms (Amazon Ads preferred).
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create high-performing landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement retargeting and funnel-based advertising strategies.
  • Monitor budgets and forecast campaign spending and ROI.
  • Suggest and implement ad strategies for product launches and seasonal promotions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certification is must.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce campaigns and D2C performance marketing preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and customer funnels is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
