Domains: B2B, SaaS Products, Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas domains At Asite we are looking for a strategic and experienced Lead / Senior UX Product Designer to elevate the user experience of our B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, data-driven, and enterprise-friendly user interfaces that solve complex business problems. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to create solutions that meet the needs of diverse users—from individual contributors to enterprise admins. Successful candidates should be vibrant individuals with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solutions with strong analytical skills who can work in an agile methodology to realize every opportunity for providing value to our customers. We expect an extraordinary attention to detail from all members of the Asite team. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end UX design process for core product areas, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery. Translate business requirements, user goals, and technical constraints into well-thought-out, usable design solutions. Lead / mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, design critiques, and support for career development. Advocate for enterprise user needs and ensure usability across varying roles, permissions, and workflows common in B2B SaaS. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape roadmaps and prioritize features with a user-centered approach. Collaborate with Product Designers, UI Designers and Developers to incorporate user insights, behavioral data, and customer feedback into designs. Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform. Have a proactive role in continually improving the process Desired Skills & Experience: 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong track record in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments. Experience designing for complex, multi-user workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces. Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping techniques. Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. Experience guiding product discovery efforts and turning insights into actionable design outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
