Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the overall design strategy and vision for products across web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with user needs and business goals. Establish and maintain a scalable Design System ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align design direction with business priorities. Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and design excellence. Advocate for user-centric principles and champion design thinking across the organization. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the product experience modern and engaging. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI , with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven success in designing and launching user-focused digital products. Deep understanding of Design Thinking , UX principles , and Interaction Design . Expertise in design tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , Miro , and Principle . Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems and impactful user experiences. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale effectively to executives and teams. Ability to balance creative vision with technical and business constraints. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design , HCI , or a related discipline. Experience designing for Saa S , enterprise platforms , or consumer tech products . Background in user research and data-informed design decision-making . Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment is highly desirable.
