We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to our growth journey. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase Advito Global’s services and solutions. • Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to create tailored proposals. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between the client and internal teams. • Understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to position Advito Global as a market leader. • Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and revenue growth to management. ⸻ Key Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2 B sales or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong relationship-building ability and a confident, persuasive personality. • Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Good understanding of digital marketing services like social media, performance marketing, SEO, and automation is a plus. ⸻ Why Join Advito Global?• Work with premium brands like Mandovi Motors, Kataria Automobiles, Neralu Farms, RPM TVS, and more. • Be part of a fast-growing agency where your contributions directly impact business success. • Collaborative work culture with a focus on learning and innovation. • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Opportunity to grow into senior roles as the company scales.
