Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fund raising activities including Working Capital, Term Loans, Asset/Equipment Finance, and Project Finance.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government bodies to secure financing.
- Ensure compliance with project funding requirements and manage issuance of Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Demand Loans, Vendor Financing, and other financial instruments.
- Oversee finance-related compliances as per industry and institutional guidelines.
- Prepare and present financial documents, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and regulatory authorities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Post Graduate: MBA/PGDM in Finance
- Graduation: Engineering background (preferred)
Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Working Capital and financial management, preferably in the Infrastructure sector.
Systems Knowledge:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) advanced/expert level.
