Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fund raising activities including Working Capital, Term Loans, Asset/Equipment Finance, and Project Finance.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government bodies to secure financing.
  • Ensure compliance with project funding requirements and manage issuance of Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Demand Loans, Vendor Financing, and other financial instruments.
  • Oversee finance-related compliances as per industry and institutional guidelines.
  • Prepare and present financial documents, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and regulatory authorities.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate: MBA/PGDM in Finance
  • Graduation: Engineering background (preferred)

Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Working Capital and financial management, preferably in the Infrastructure sector.

Systems Knowledge:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) advanced/expert level.
