Job Purpose

Responsible for Cluster field transport network operations Deployment responsibility for cluster IP & Optics network Responsible for field Enterprise feasibility, delivery and assurance Field Repair and replacement & spare management MTTR & Uptime responsibility for transport network & enterprise services Transport site audit , preventive maintenance and corrections Governance of MS partners, vendors

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

To maintain and exceed transport Network availability Maintain enterprise customer SLA Improve customer experience in transport layer ( latency , packet loss etc)  Consolidation of IP/MPLS, DWDM & fiber network and operating model   IP & Optics NMS Consolidation  Transport service engineering for site rollout and consolidation Timely execution of all special initiatives Support, engage & drive Corp technology strategy initiatives  SNOC / Centralization initiatives as per plan P&L consciousness

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Network Operation relevant experience in telecom domain Knowledge of end to end network functionality. Lead change in the network & adapt with new ways of working Strong understanding of business expectations in liaison with circle teams. Sharp Analytical & Vendor Management skills Self-motivated & passionate to work.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

BE /BETech, CCNA/CCNP Minimum 15 yrs of exp in Transport operations.
